1. If the items you received is not as advertised, you could apply for return and refund, or exchange, within 7 days.

3. If the items you received was damaged in transit by carrier, please contact us to apply for the compensation from carrier.
4. If the return reason is concerning wrong bulb size you chose, compatibility issue, special retainer holder or adapter clip, other than items quality, please contact us firstly for resolution, otherwise buyer needs to pay for return shipping cost.
5. All the items are covered by 12 months warranty starting from the date of purchase.
6. We do not warrant the items misused by buyer or damaged by carrier.
7. If the items you received were defective or become defective within warranty, you must provide us with your order number and the interpretation plus pictures to prove defect. After confirming it, we will send a new replacement to you ASAP.
