Installation instructions
(1)The nut rear brake installation sequence:
1.first confirm the rear wheel is inch or metric thread.
2.then install the brake disc and brake disc relative to the shaft nut assembly: the end beat 0.15~0.2mm.
3.first pump plug slice,then take out the pump plug,and adjust the Even the gap between plate and the brake disc is 8.5-9.5mm.
4.the pump is arranged on the connecting plate,the brake disc and the installation bracket between gap of 3+0.5mm.
(2)The matters needing attention:
1.brake pad and the brake disc shall be clean and free of oil.
2.do not put the tubing at both ends of the screw or otherwise it will enter into the air,the serious influence the braking effect.
3.when the brake fluid oil within the lens is small,open the cup cover to join DOT3 or DOT4 brake fluid.do not add other such as:oil,diesel oil,alcohol liquid.in order to avoid brake failure,seriously affect the life of the disc brake.
4.brake disk wipping bracket:brake off in the bracket below,only the brake car piece put back bracket slot.
5.brake disc and brake pads must be running in order to achievethe best results.
