FAQ
1. Why the radio can’t be turned on ?
a. Please check the Voltage of car radio:12V
b.Please make sure the red(ACC) and yellow(B+) wires connected to the positive side of the power supply. Black line(Ground) to negative side
c.Replace the same type of fuse to test the car radio(it is blue one below the power cable connector in the radio)
Note: It need our power cable to transfer from original car plugs to our radio.
2. Why the car radio will show “No Signal” when we reversing?
Please check if the camera’s line is properly connected to the car radio.
Note:The video port of rear camera must insert the “CAMIN” port of car radio.
3. Why does the camera display “!” and “Can’t watch video while driving” when I use USB to watch videos?
Please turn off the “parking setting” function in the extra settings(123456 for 2+32G, 1234 for 4+64G), then will be OK.
4. Why can’t search FM?
a. please check if the radio antenna connected and connect well;
b. The signal of your location is not good. Please go to a better place to test again
c. The radio antenna on the car is broken/no effect; please replace the radio antenna and test again.
5. Why can’t search the WIFI nearby?
a. Please check if the WIFI Antenna connected
b. Please make sure the signal is strong enough.
6. Why can’t connect the EASYCONNECTION?
Make sure debug USB open on the Android phone
7. Why the steering wheel control buttons can’t be learnt?
Please make sure k1 or k2 cable is connected to steering wheel control cable
9. Why the canbus don’t work?
10.Please make sure connect the TX/RX cable on REAR USB to the power cable
